AGE RESTRICTIONS AND WARNINGS

DARKFIELD experiences can be intense for some patrons. Below you’ll find guidance to help you decide whether the shows are right for you or your group.

• Sudden loud sounds through headphones
• Brief sequences of flashing light (non-strobe)

• Claustrophobia, confinement, or PTSD
• FLIGHT: aviation, turbulence, death

• INVISIBLE: psychological control, manipulation

FLEXI TICKET ADD-ON: TERMS OF PURCHASE AND HOW IT WORKS



Flexi Ticket Add-On

If you’ve purchased a Flexi Ticket Add-On, you may request to reschedule your booking by contacting us before 6pm the day prior to your session.



The Flexi Add-On allows one reschedule only per booking.



If eligible, Realscape Productions will void your original ticket and issue a promo code to rebook another session.



Promo codes must be used within 48 hours of issue and are subject to session availability.



If the season sells out or ends before rebooking occurs, the customer acknowledges no refund or further reschedule will be available.



Lost, unused, or expired promo codes will not be reissued or refunded.
