1. Ticket purchase

By purchasing a ticket to Red Dirt Roots & Country Festival ("the Event"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Tickets are sold by Red Dirt Festival Pty Ltd ("the Organiser") via Flicket. All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued except as required under the Australian Consumer Law.



2. Ticket validity & entry

Each ticket contains a unique QR code. Tickets are valid for the date(s) shown on your ticket only. Re-entry is permitted on the same day only. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who is intoxicated, disorderly, or in breach of these conditions. Lost or stolen tickets will not be reissued.



3. Age & identification

This is an all-ages event. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Proof of age (Australian Government-issued photo ID) may be required to purchase or consume alcohol on-site. Under 15s are admitted free when accompanied by a full-paying adult with a Family Pass.



4. Camping passes

A Camping Pass is required in addition to a valid event ticket to access the campground. Camping Pass holders may access the campsite from 2:00pm Friday 6 March 2026 and must depart by 10:00am Monday 9 March 2026. Fires, generators, and glass are not permitted in the campground. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.



5. Prohibited items

Glass bottles or containers

Illicit substances or unauthorised alcohol

Weapons or items deemed dangerous by security personnel

Professional recording equipment without prior written permission

Unauthorised commercial signage or promotional material

6. Event changes & cancellation

The Organiser reserves the right to change the lineup, schedule, or program without notice. In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond the Organiser's control (including severe weather or government order), refund or exchange policy will be communicated directly to ticket holders via the email address provided at purchase.



7. Media & photography

By attending the Event, you consent to being filmed or photographed for promotional purposes. Footage may be used across digital, broadcast, and print media.



8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser excludes liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from attendance at the Event. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
